I ran whitewater expeditions for a few years and was raised on Georgian Bay so I have always loved sailing, swimming and everything water-oriented. I was fortunate enough to train with a Watsu master which takes massage therapy and shiatsu into a body-temperature pool. My body type is such that I can lie on the bottom of a pool for nearly a minute with only minute movements if any. I'd love to try an immersion tank someday too.
. . . and of course there is the Water of Life himself, Yeshua ben Joseph of Nazareth.

Our 'church' assembly hosted an acoustic crystal bowl/copper gong performance this past Sunday that was a powerful sonic meditation experience for all present. The traffic outside in the slush and snow provided that white liquid noise and gave the experience greater depth.
My wife and I are leading a meditation healing circle this Sunday which resembles the 'soaking prayer' approach of the new River churches, their vein of music anyway. We focus on the Family of Man, brotherhood through Jesus, empowerment through divine Source. Our talks don't always include Urantia quotes or readings but of course they have a way of seeping into everything we share.....
